We're currently facing never before seen levels of stress in work. Bringing body, breath and mindfulness practices to the office.
Over a decade of teaching I'm also continually learning;
- What's the most effective ways to share these practices
- How can I make classes as accessible and inclusive as possible
- Is there anyone that really enjoys chair pose. (The one where you bend your knees, stick your butt out and try not to grimace.)
- How we can use these tools to make a genuine difference in the lives of everyone, not just (especially not just) the bendy people.
