In over a decade of personal development, including therapy, meditation and yoga, undoubtedly one of the most powerful tools has been sharing with groups of men.
Although there are lots of complex and creative ways men can show up and support one another, simply giving each other space to share what’s alive for us right now can have life changing, and potentially life-saving benefits.

30 minutes check-in followed by a free skate in the skatepark.
19:30 - 21:00
Tuesdays at Hamilton House.
60 minutes of simple movement, a chance to check-in and guided relaxation/meditation/breathwork.
13:00 - 14:00
